Magical mice and my 'Spec'-tacular news!

Hi everyone. Once again I have been absent from blogland for a while, but I have been a busy little be…mostly due to some fabulous crafty news  that I received earlier this week. I am very lucky to have been asked to join the Crafters Companion Spectrum Noir TV DT!

As you know I am a big fan of both these brands, but you could have knocked me over with a feather when I got the news!

So, I have been very busy, colouring away, ready for a show coming up on 1st June…but unfortunately I can't show you any of the samples yet…it's top secret, lol!!
Meanwhile, in honour of all things Crafters Companion, I thought it would be appropriate to post this Makey Bakey Mice card today, made from one of the cutest stamps, papers from the CD Rom and , of course, coloured with Spectrum Noirs!

I thought these little guys needed a bit of a vintage appearance due to that old fashioned sewing machine. Plus, I've added a bit of haberdashery in there with some of my precious lace and ribbon.
